By installing or using Mirela, you agree to these Terms of Use. This agreement is between you and Creative Factory, the publisher of Mirela.

1. About Mirela

Mirela is an AI dream interpretation and private dream journal app. You can enter a dream by text or voice, receive an AI-generated symbolic reflection, create visual dream scenes, and save the result locally in your journal.

Mirela Pro may include deeper symbolic analysis, additional visual scenes, nightmare reflection, recurring dream patterns, weekly dream reflections, and other premium features shown in the app.

Mirela does not require an account, name, email address, or login to use the app.

2. AI-Generated Content

Dream interpretations, deeper readings, nightmare reflections, recurring pattern summaries, weekly reflections, scene prompts, and visual scenes are generated or supported by artificial intelligence systems. They are creative, symbolic, reflective, and open-ended.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inconsistent, unexpected, or inaccurate. Mirela does not claim to reveal the true meaning of a dream, understand your subconscious as a fact, or provide definitive conclusions about you or your life.

You are responsible for how you interpret and use any content generated by Mirela.

3. Not Medical, Psychological, Legal, Financial, or Predictive Advice

Mirela is not therapy, psychological counseling, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, financial advice, fortune telling, prophecy, or prediction.

Do not use Mirela to make health, mental health, legal, financial, safety, relationship, employment, or other significant life decisions. If you need professional support, contact a qualified professional or emergency service where appropriate.

4. User Content

You own the dream text and other content you enter into Mirela. You grant us the limited right to process that content only as needed to operate the app, generate AI responses, create visual scenes, provide premium features, maintain security, and support the service.

If you use voice entry, the audio is converted to text on your device. Audio recordings are not uploaded by Mirela. The resulting dream text may be sent through our secure servers to AI providers for interpretation and visual scene generation.

Please do not enter content that you do not have the right to use, or content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, or intended to harm others.

5. Privacy and Data Processing

Your dream journal is stored locally on your device. Some dream text and related prompts are sent through secure servers to AI providers so the app can generate interpretations, deeper analysis, nightmare reflections, weekly summaries, and visual scenes.

Weekly dream reflections are designed to use metadata and short excerpts rather than full journal history where possible. Generated images may be served through short-lived third-party image URLs.

Mirela uses analytics and advertising measurement tools, including PostHog and the Meta SDK, to understand app usage, measure ad performance, and improve campaigns. We do not send dream text, interpretation text, symbols, emotions, themes, journal contents, or other private dream content to Meta for custom event tracking.

Subscription status and purchase validation are handled through Apple and RevenueCat. For more detail, read our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

Mirela Pro is offered through Apple in-app purchases and may be available as a monthly, yearly, lifetime, trial, or other plan depending on what is shown in the app at the time of purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Apple ID may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Settings under your Apple ID subscriptions.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. Free Access and Mirela Pro

Mirela may offer limited free access, such as a first dream interpretation or weekly usage limits. Free limits, premium features, prices, trials, and availability may change over time.

Mirela Pro unlocks the premium features described in the app, such as deeper symbolic analysis, more visual dream scenes, recurring patterns, and weekly dream reflections. Some features may require saved dreams or generated metadata before they can show useful results.

8. Local Notifications

Morning dream reminders are optional local notifications. If you enable them, Mirela schedules reminders on your device to help you remember to write down a dream. You can disable notifications in the app or in iOS Settings.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Mirela, interfere with its systems, bypass rate limits, reverse engineer the app, scrape the service, or use it to generate illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, infringing, or harmful content.

10. Availability and Changes

Mirela is provided as is and as available. We may modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue features, limits, pricing, or availability at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access to the app or any AI-generated output.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Factory and its representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of Mirela. Our total liability for claims related to Mirela is limited to the amount you paid for Mirela in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Apple Terms

Mirela is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple is not responsible for support, warranty, claims, or the content of Mirela. If these terms do not cover a topic, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where relevant.
