What does Mirela actually do?

You tell her your dream — by voice or in writing. Mirela paints three scenes from it and leaves a short, literary reading. Her readings are open-ended; Mirela is not a fortune-teller, therapist, or medical service.

Is my voice sent to your servers?

No. Your voice is transcribed on your phone using Apple's on-device speech recognition. Only the resulting text is sent to our servers for interpretation. No audio recording leaves your phone.

Where is my dream journal stored?

On your phone only. It is never uploaded to any cloud. If you reset your phone or delete the app, the journal cannot be recovered. If a reading matters to you, use the "share" button to save it elsewhere.

How do I delete all my data?

In the app: tap the gear icon → "Delete all my data" → confirm. Your dream journal, preferences, AI consent record, and pending notifications are erased in a single tap.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → SubscriptionsMirelaCancel Subscription. You'll continue to have premium access until the end of your current billing period.

I want a refund, what should I do?

All Apple subscription refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, find the purchase, then "Report a Problem" → "Request a refund".

My subscription isn't showing as active, what now?

In the app: tap the gear icon → "Restore purchases". This re-verifies your active subscriptions through your Apple ID and re-enables premium access.

A reading or image felt inappropriate.

We're sorry. In the app: tap the gear icon → "Report content" → choose the appropriate category. Your report comes directly to us and is reviewed quickly.

Do I know that you use AI?

Yes, explicitly. Your express consent is requested during onboarding. Dream readings are generated by Anthropic's Claude model; scene images are generated by fal.ai. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
