Terms of Use

By installing and using Mirela, you agree to the terms below. This agreement is between you ("the user") and Creative Factory ("we" or "us").

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Mirela on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. Distribution outside the App Store, reverse engineering, attempts to access source code, or unauthorized copying are prohibited.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use Mirela in accordance with applicable law. You may not:

• Use the service to produce content that violates the rights of others, is illegal, harassing, or hateful
• Place automated load on the infrastructure or attempt to bypass rate limits
• Attempt to circumvent security mechanisms
• Use Mirela as a clinical, medical, legal, or financial decision-making tool

3. AI-generated content

The dream readings and scene images Mirela produces are generated automatically by Anthropic's Claude AI model and fal.ai's image generation service. This content:

• Is literary in nature. It is not prophecy, fortune-telling, medical diagnosis, psychological treatment, legal advice, or financial guidance.
• Is open-ended. The same dream may be read differently at different times; Mirela does not produce definitive truths.
• May contain errors. AI outputs are not always accurate, consistent, or complete.

You acknowledge that the generated content is not a substitute for professional support of any kind. Always consult a qualified expert for matters of health, law, or significant life decisions.

4. Your content

The dream text you describe belongs to you. We process it solely to generate a reading for you and claim no other rights over it. The dreams you tell are not used to train Mirela or for any other purpose.

The generated readings and images are provided for your personal use. You may keep, share, or delete them.

5. Subscriptions

Mirela's basic experience is one free dream interpretation per week. For unlimited interpretations, we offer the Mirela Pro subscription.

• Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.
• Unless auto-renewal is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription will renew for an additional period of the same length.
• The renewal charge is billed within 24 hours before the start of the renewal period.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Disclaimer

Mirela is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all of your expectations. AI output is inherently variable; the quality of any single reading is not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Factory and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of Mirela. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for Mirela in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to limit or terminate access to the service for users who violate these terms.

9. Third-party services

Mirela uses third-party providers including Anthropic, fal.ai, Cloudflare, RevenueCat, and PostHog. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

10. Apple-specific terms

Mirela is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to this agreement and bears no responsibility for support, warranty, or claims regarding the app. The full terms of Apple's Standard End User License Agreement are incorporated herein; in case of conflict, this agreement prevails.

11. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
